Hi, I know it can be hard. I have gone through a lot of denial over the years and it tended to backfire on me. The trouble with being bipolar is that it is
so much easier to see your behavior fits into the diagnosis after the fact, not while it is going on. Over the years I have gotten better at noticing if my
behavior is abnormal for me but it can still be difficult. In fact I am currently cleaning up a huge situation that I got myself into.
